Here's a great tip for those of you staying at the resorts of Walt Disney World. If you are a soda, coffee, hot chocolate, frozen coke, or tea drinker, you can buy Disney refillable mugs at most of the resorts (except a few of the deluxe resorts), and get unlimited refills for your stay at the resort. Coca Cola products are for sale at the Disney resorts. The 14 ounce mugs are for sale at resort food courts or snack restaurants, and at last check were priced at $11.99, plus tax, which takes the price to about $12.77. The only real bummer is that they cannot be used in the parks, but if you are spending a lot of time at the resorts, it can save you a great deal of money. For the parks, you can always bring in your own water, and save money that way. If you drink a lot of the above beverages, you can save a great deal, even by using it a few times! Most people ask me whether I think it is a good deal, and I always tell them it completely depends on your beverage habits. If you drink a lot of soda, coffee, hot chocolate, frozen coke or tea, you can save money very quickly. If not, it may not be for you. With soda going for $2.50 in the machines of the resorts, you will start saving after about 5 sodas. The other nice thing is that you will then have a nice souvenir mug to bring back and use around the house.
