The Flower and Garden Festival opened yesterday to eager guests, young and old. There are many new items to see, a few favorites that returned, and new musicians for the Flower Power Concert Series. Even on opening night, in unusually cold weather, people were running around trying to see all of the new items of the Flower and Garden Festival.
